At OCP Sports, we value customer satisfaction and strive to make our customers happy with their purchases. If you encounter any problems with your received products, please contact OCP Sports customer service via: info@ocpsports.com.my or WhatsApp 012-434 9891, between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday-Friday) to report the issue to our staff within 7 days after receiving the product.
General Exchange Conditions
OCP Sports accommodates size exchanges (within 7 days from date of purchased). In order for the exchange to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
1. Non-SALES/ DISCOUNTED items.
2. The product must be unused and unworn.
3. The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached (price tag, product labels, designer tags, packaging tag).
4. If a customer receives a gift with purchase, freebies, discount coupon or any other promotional items, the customer must return them along with the product purchased.
5. Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging. Accessories must remain vacuum - sealed if it comes in a sealed packaging.
6. Footwear must be in the original shoe box with original tags attached. Sticker on the shoe box should not be removed or altered in any form.
7. The company reserves the right to exchange the product for the same model only, and cannot exchange the product to another model, except in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock, OCP Sports is pleased to provide an E-Gift Card worth the actual amount paid for future purchases via ocpsports.com.my
- The product is out of stock and the customer wishes to exchange for a higher priced model, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. If the customer wishes to exchange for a lower priced model, OCP Sports reserves the right not to refund the difference.
8. Due to hygienic condition, socks, inner wear and base layer are not exchangeable.
General Warranty Conditions
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If the damage to the product is a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to exchange or refund the cost of any defective products. Refunds will be issued in the form of E-Gift Card worth the actual amount paid for future purchases via ocpsports.com.my
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:
• Obtained from a source other than OCP online store
• Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
• Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
• Damaged by inappropriate washing process (not accordance to recommended washing label)
Remarks
Customer is responsible for the shipping cost imposed for returning the parcel. Under circumstances of item(s) damaged or loss happened during the process of return, it is the responsible of customer. Hence, we recommend customer to use a system tracking shipment.
The company reserves the right to consider the terms and conditions for product exchange/return according to the policy set by the company. OCP Sports offers 15 days warranty for sales/ discounted items from date of purchase.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of OCP Sports shall be final and binding.
