Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with us. We hope that you love your purchase. Unfortunately, for any reason, if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you have up to 7 days to return the merchandise(s) from the delivery date.

All purchased merchandise can be returned (with exception), only if the security tag still intact and attached to the returned merchandise. To ensure your return is eligible and successful, all returned merchandise has to be remained in original condition, unworn, unwashed, non-defected/non-damaged, with no sign of regular uses/misused and repacked with original packaging. We reserve the right not to refund the returns that doesn’t conform to abovementioned conditions. Failed returns will be sent back to the customer. Fee(s) may apply respectively and is borne by the customer.

OCP Sports accommodates size exchange up to 7 days from the date of delivery of the product/item. Should you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the unsuitable item for exchange. Returned item(s) will be exchanged accordingly including wrong or defective product/item however depending size/item availability.

For convenience purpose, we issue refunds in store credit only if there is any payment refund. As soon as the return has been processed and approved by our Quality Control team, the refund amount will be credited immediately into your account, including the original cost of shipping. All refund issued will be in the full amount of payment has been made unless stated otherwise.

Apart from the above stated, the following products are non-returnable due to hygienic condition and several concerns:

As a customer, you could return the parcel through any shipping service provider. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost imposed for returning the parcel. Under circumstances of item(s) damaged or loss happened during the process of return, it is the responsible of customer. Hence, we recommend customer to use a system tracking shipment.
